    I think it’s so important to listen to your body! Good for you for doing that. I find that when you do research, a lot of long-time raw foodists eventually reintroduce a little cooked food back into their life! So no worries on that decision 😉

No one is going to fault you for being high raw 😉 You’re still eating better than 99% of people on the planet, besides, I couldn’t resist a cooked meal like the one you posted just the other day either! When I was more of a raw enthusiast I used to eat a lot of soaked oat groats for breakfast, your bowl looks yummy!

  3. This looks great! I think it’s inspiring how you can eat so much raw foods and it’s all so creative! I’m getting more and more interested in raw foods but at the moment Ive settled with just incorporating something raw with every meal (even if its just a big bowl of salad veggies!)

    1. I think that is an excellent start! I myself really jumped into it at first, but found that to be an unsustainable way to go about it. So now I am just focusing on getting the majority of my meals raw, but mostly listening to my body and what it needs. : )
