Howdy folks, and welcome to What I Made Monday (WIMM)!
I have decided to start posting the meals that I make on Mondays for the adorable East Sacramento family that I cook for. Just for funsies! : )
Today I made:
Sesame Ginger Stir Fry!
The ingredients in this dish are einkorn noodles, tempeh, chard, red onion, red bell pepper, celery, sliced toasted almonds, brown sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, tamari, agave, brown rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, and canola oil. I also sliced up some fresh cucumber for them to garnish the dish with.
This dish was inspired by a dish that Jef made a while ago!
These babies have in them: pea shoots, red bell pepper, cucumber, extra firm tofu, carrot, green onion, and basil, all wrapped up in a rice wrapper.
Cilantro Tahini Dipping Sauce!
The ingredients in this tasty dipping sauce are: tahini, garlic, agave, cilantro, tamari, and quality water, garnished with some brown sesame seeds.
Every now and then I like to include fun nutritional facts with their dinner!
