Lunch today was this lovely raw sandwich: red onion, cucumber, spinach, and cilantro sandwiched between raw savory bread, slathered in a tahini ginger spread.
The tahini ginger spread has sesame oil, raw tahini, ginger, garlic, brown rice vinegar, coconut aminos, raw honey, and himalayan sea salt in it. Yum!
The next bread I am going to make will be a raw sweet bread, something like carrot-raisin-cinnamon, so that I can slather it in almond butter and raw honey for snacks and what not!
Hooray for bread!
