    Also…I’ve been wanting to pass this along to you. Raw lime cakes!! http://goodstorysarah.wordpress.com/2012/07/03/the-mid-week-bake/ I made these a few months ago and they are so good! The recipe makes 12 muffin size cakes, but I kept mine in the freezer for a few weeks and they were just as good as when I first made them!

    1. Coconut aminos are an abundant source of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, with a nearly neutral pH. Coconut aminos contain anywhere near 2-14 times the amino acid content of soy. So it’s just a good soy-free option, but tamari or braggs would work perfectly fine in this recipe as well : )
